Sunday Night Meeting & BBQ

Who has meetings on Sunday night? Apparently me, Jonny Ill and our new videographer do! Things are changing in the Aviator world, and it looks like they're changing for the better. Our new friend Carill has volunteered his expertise and life to become a World Famous Aviator. What does this mean for us? Expect to see a cleaner show with a lot less camera shake.

Josh Garcia will be the lead videographer, and Carill on second, Matt Gold will run swing man, meaning you'll be seeing a lot more of the good Dr. in front of the camera. Which is good because with the changes that are being made I definitely have plans for this guy. With these three behind the camera I feel like I got Kobe, Shaq , and Fisher on my team, and "I will not lose!"

Dizzy's Week of Movies

So this week my Daily Grind wrapped so I had the whole week to really just chill and catch up on old flicks and by old I mean anywhere from 1985 to movies just coming to DVD this year. It was pretty dope actually, I caught a few winners and some flicks I would never watch again in life...


Ferris Bueller's Day Off
If you haven't seen this flick you're pretty much out of the loop on anything cool. Ferris is the dopest dude to ever walk earth him and Marty McFly we're roomates in college I'm sure. All I gotta say is he's very popular, the sportos, the motorheads, geeks, sluts, bloods, wasteoids, dweebies, dickheads... they all adore him. They think he's a righteous dude.
Ferris Bueller should have his own Chuck Taylor: all white patent leather joints w/ the print of his sweater vest on the inner sole of the shoe, that would be sick!


Terminator Salvation
This flick was dope... I don't know why everybody gave it a hard time, I think people just need to understand you're NEVER gonna get another Terminator 2, EVER, so let it go and have fun because T4 was hot! It's an action flick straight up. The story is followable, the characters we're cool, even Christian Bale was smooth, sure he did his Batman thing but if you really think about it for what T4 was how else should he have played it?

Land of the Lost
This forgettable movie was ehhh, alright but, I gotta say I wanted way more from Will Farrell and the East Bound and Down dude, these cats together are normally sick with comedy, but LotL was not on point, it's like when a high school kid doesn't give a fuck about high school but just wants to graduate so the kid gets straight C's because it's easy, that's exactly how you explain LotL

The Breakfast Club
Whoa! What the f**k was this shit about I have never seen this movie before and now I know why, The Breakfast Club was straight up cry fest 1985. While watching it I almost turned it off 3 or 4 times but now a day later I'm still talking about how much I hate it... it doesnt take a marketing genius to know that that's a good thing, because subconsiously this movie got to me somehow. Hands down this movie is that love / hate thing. Rest in peace John Hughes you knocked The Breakfast Club out of the park!

Weird Science
Classic period. One of my favorite movies of all time. Gary and Wyatt the two lead cats, are nowhere near as cool as Ferris & Marty but these two weenies make a dope flick. If you were born post 1985 and have not seen Weird Science you need to stop what you're doing and watch it right now! here's the link...

Step Brothers
Funny as shit! I can't believe I skipped on this one for so long! John C & Willie murdered it. The whole thing had me on the floor start to finish. It was way over the top but you saw the trailer that's exactly what it was supposed to be.

I Love You, Man
Probably the weirdest most awkward concept for a movie I've ever heard of. A guy that doesn't know how to have male friends... and he's straight!? I'm confused I've never heard of anything like that, and if I did that motherfucker would be weird. Sorry, but it's true, I wouldn't kick it with that nigga! Would you? But at the end it was pretty dope and overall it did have funny moments, and to be honest Paul Rudd & Sarah Marshall's Ex Boyfriend are alot like me and Markus, I thought that element was hilarious.
